• Light-weight - approximately 39 pounds. It is so light that it can be used in special fixtures as a portable drilling unit, or with magnetic base, or as a rail drill.
• Can easily be set up for rapid advance, feed, rapid return, and to dwell, skip, or peck drill.
• You choice of #3 or 4 Morse female taper spindle with knock-out slot, with #3 or 4 Jacobs male taper, with 5/8", 3/4", 1-1/16", or 1-3/8" female adaptor spindle, or for multiple drillhead drive. Other popular or special spindle types can be furnished on special order.
• Jiffy-Drill can be stalled in the work or operated at a high cycle rate with out overheating or damage to the hydraulic motor or to the system.
• Precision adjustment on the limit switch which controls depth of drilled hole.
• Quill and feed pistion are manufactured from 1-piece chrome moly steel, with a special long wearing, space age corrosion resistance coating.
• The hydraulic motor on the back of the unit can be rotated in 90° increments to meet your installation needs.
